Since 10/27 on and off I have been getting the following Error when trying to interact with Cheathappens and several of its services: "An error occurred while processing your request. Reference #97.cd427568.1635615066.3853763a". I believe there is expected maintenance on 11/01. Other symptoms I have encountered is Trainers unable to authenticate, inability to download trainers/offline key, and issues trying to update the Trainer manager. Trying to understand if these issues and specifically the request error is due to ongoing issues that will persist till maintenance or if there is something else going on that is unique to myself?

try clearing all browser cache and cookies, and if using a VPN turn it off.

Cleared cookies and cache, not utilizing a VPN, primary browser is MS Edge Version 95.0.1020.40 (Official build) (64-bit), I also tried fresh install of Chrome/Firefox/Brave, same behavior in all cases. Once to the point of downloading something from CH slowness upon bundle and then once download button is available results in error. Is there anything additional that I should try?

That is why we are having the maintenance on the 1st, should clear all this up. For now just have to keep trying until you get a connection. May be slow at times, may be hit and miss. Trying to keep things as stable as possible until the scheduled downtime. Bare with us.
