Wow, you've got a really successful Kickstarter going here. I mean it was pretty nuts a few days ago but now you're up over $100,000 from your initial goal. I'm excited to see what you guys are able to do with this.
Also, as a customer, I hope you have a good person in charge of the finances that knows what they are doing. Please make sure you have that!! 😁

Yup, that's going to be important, the way this money is used can either skyrocket CH's popularity even higher or can tank it if it's perceived that the money was wasted on a Lambo rather than used to fund the site. 😅
So, I came here after getting the spam mail to share my 2c.
1, I'm a lifetime member here and tbh, I would not buy it again, it is not worth its value to me, the benefit comes from lifetime PLUS. because nickel and diming you once wasn't enough...
2, As the tiers go up, the rewards do not scale in the same way.. I REALLY hope that the actual guvnors see this, the way you talk to customers like eejits all the time is nothing short of wank. as we say on my team, being a great coder does not make a code lead or a CM, you need a different skill set. and more often than not when I look upon a new trainer, or possibility of one, we just have somebody with an orange or so name talking down to people. I understand that it must be tiring hearing the same **** 100x a day, but that is..your job. be more professional..
3, The kicker for me, as somebody whose very own game was funded by kickstarter! the fact you can see it launched by Pwizard 'Backed 0' goes to show the faith that Pwiz or the team have in crowdsourcing. Kickstarter has been around a number of years with ambitious upstart projects for everything! and to ME it is rather telling that someone can come cap in hand who has never spared a dollar for anyone else.
That's just my 2c, I am aware some won't care, and hell, some may even disagree! It's ok too! I just wanted to share my thoughts. I'd LOVE to support CH. but honestly, at this point I use it on a Friday to come see what trainers are new, and that typically tells me what games are out that are 'worth looking at', imperfect, but it works for me.
in short, you are asking people to pay for cheathappens basically..which I would MORE than happily do, IF the value and service was reflected in the cost, but it isn't. you're still just a peon to them, not a customer. and the value for money from lifetime has taught me a well earnt lesson!
EDIT: Just to add though... you do you. I'm not in ANY WAY trying to tell anyone else not to back it, I'm just a CUSTOMER who has spent over £100 on a product who has feedback before they launch a new product. and I hope whomever reads this takes it as intended. not as insult. I also fully accept that since it has smashed its stretch goal that my feedback may be in the minority! I accept that. and congratulations. I just wanted my words to page, as it were.. also, not sure on the price, might've been around 80 not 100 lizzies

1. We are not asking you to buy ANY membership again. We have honored every single Lifetime membership we sold for $20 20 years ago. Not exactly nickel and diming people.
2. The rewards scale very well with the tiers as you can see from hitting our goal 13X over. Also, if you do not like our customer service, then don't use it. We try and respond to everyone in the same manner they respond to us. Just because you paid for something doesn't give you the right to be an a-hole to the entire staff.
3. I am new to Kickstarter. We don't need to back projects because we spend THOUSANDS of dollars a month BUYING every single early access and finished game that is released. typically 2-3 times on different platforms. I think that speaks for itself.
Considering that I have made it a point to use my entire work day personally responding to every single KS message and post should go to show that we don't see anyone as a "peon".
And yes, I think the current $132K funding shows that you are most definitely in the minority. People want a better AIO solution than is currently out there and they want it from the original, #1 trainer site in the world. But you, like everyone else here, is entitled to their own opinion and we respect that.

Yes, Lambos for the whole staff. Forget this whole AIO thing. That's exactly our plan. Jeez. The amount collected so far wouldn't even cover our site expenses for more than 2 months, much less the salary of multiple new programmers but we are trying to plan out how to use the funds as wisely as possible and stretch them out. Also note that every Christmas, for the last, what, 3 years now, we have given away $20K-$30K in non-tangible and tangible goods to members AND guests of our site on our "Day of Giving". Please name another trainer site that has done the same. We also give back THOUSANDS of dollars a month to members through our RC rewards store. Again, please name another site doing the same. We try and give back as much as we take, even if it is detrimental to our income.
