Every time I go to press Num 4 it won’t even activate the change gold function. The trainer says activated but the slider won’t turn green

That would be because that function is as a 1 time add function.
Note also says you need to get or spend some before you see change.

I have done both, is it working for you when you use it?

I don't have the game. I just go by instructions and knowledge of previous trainers.
If you having issues with this on I suggest you make a report and, if possible, add you save game so it can be looked at.
Make sure you add instructions to where the save game goes.

Please use the update notification system to report a game patch, update or to report that the trainer may not be working with the latest version of the game. If 3 or more reports have been filed, consider BOOSTING the priority of this title for a faster turnaround on the updated trainer.

The slider only turns green for cheats which can be turned ON and OFF. For cheats which only do something like adding gold every time you press them the sliders will remain in their original state.

As for gold please send me your savegame so I can reproduce.

Hello there, only the edit gold and honor not working, the weird thing is, first time when I'm try to edit, it show up as number I'm edit, but when I'm try to buy something, it back to the original number, but the trainer still show number I'm edit, maybe game have some soft of anti tamping system, I'm provide my save hope this will help.

I am having the same problems with the Trainer's Gold and Honor Editor as Chinet2007. I have submitted an Update Request. In it, I noted that the value I enter into the Gold Editor is reflected in the top right corner when one approaches the table in camp to sell items.

However, one's actual Gold, as reflected in the Character Sheet (top left corner), is not modified. The Character Sheet appears to show actual value. I hope this additional information is helpful.

guys unfortunately the game is clever because the game is saved on the server ok and therefore since it is saved on the server all the currencies of the game therefore the gold and the honor the system, to change the money of the game it doesn't work because everything is saved on the creators server they are not stupid and therefore when you modify the gold to have more it will show it to you visually but in a way that only you see it but the server doesn't do it the server keeps it the accounts at maximum add the possibility where you can multiply the gold and the honor and by multiplying X2 instead of having 2 gold when you take the gold it doubles and therefore you will have 8 this is an example
