Error the log says:
ERROR => Manual extraction failed. Please download yourself. (73627-sabejithepirate-OUTRIDERS Trainer.exe), reason: Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

Error that comes up on windows:
Windows cannot open the folder
Access to the compressed (zipped) folder denied (shows temp-download folder at the directory of cheathappens.

You will need to update it yourself as it comes with extra files for disabling EAC.

Outriders has to be done manually as it come with a launcher that is also archived inside the download.

Sorry that was just the line I copied but it does it with every game that tries to update for some reason.

Edit: starting over with a new install and putting in on my other HDD instead of the C drive seemed to fix the issue where all games failed to extract. Clearly outriders still does but as you said it has extra files so makes sense.
