I own the Bethesda version of the game and I'm using the latest Bethesda.net trainer (02.09.2020). Four days ago (08.24.2021) a STEAM update became available. From that date my Bethesda trainer constantly announces that there is an update available when it's not true. Since I'm using also the Trainer Manager, I get an "Update queued" for Youngblood trainer and I cannot launch it from the trainer (version 2.1.5).
Does the trainer take into account the game version?

Right click on the image on the left and uncheck 'Keep This Trainer Up To Date'. The versions both share the same title ID# so it will always say there is an update if you don't have trainer #1. They may look to change that in future updates, but for now that's the only way to deal with it.
