I doubt it because almost no one takes issue with people wanting to cheat in a single player game unless its someone with weird morals about cheating in singleplayer.

Microsoft has probably done Motherboard manufacturers a favour, for people to continue getting windows they need Secure Boot enabled devices including a motherboard that allows it (UEFI).

However one thing that is annoying UEFI and Windows 10/11 Installer can throw a wobbly if you try to install with an NVMe drive that is not UEFI capable, you will get an error in regards to the winload.efi file not being compatible etc.

And TPM is a pain in the ass for people who like to use multiple external devices and swap them around a lot, that means having to reset the TPM cache constantly to keep up.

To be honest W11 would be better if it required neither and allowed it to be an optional state for installing. It may well end up that way when people refuse to move to W11 because of it.

The best part of W11 though I do like, when it is fully integrated without bugs, is the native .apk incorporation into the Windows shell, so you can run android apps directly from windows with no need for Android emulators like Bluestacks etc. I am sure they will hate them for that, but it was inevitable that it would happen, it is MS after all they are infamous for stealing popular ideas.

Trainers had been working smoothly for me too, on win 11.

And I do agree with 0x90, the submenu on RMB is a tad annoying. From the devs view, I can see the idea with this, but for a consumer , it's a bit tedious. Lest clutter perhaps or maybe some other wanky thought fro mthe devs, donno. As mentioned, there might be a reg edit option somewhere in the future, or a small app to iron this out.

Hi guys. I am planning to upgrade from W10 to 11 also, but am concerned about Trainers. I read on here that Trainers work, but what about the Trainers for older games, that used the older Trainer format (ex: Jade Empire Special Edition)? Thoughts and help appreciated 🙂

Well, I believe also that is a good approach by Valorant. Other gaming studios should take note of that. I hope they don't consider this to single-player games.

Always a bit of a learning curve with a new OS (start window, context menus, taskbar) but W11 (preview build 22458) is very stable and I have had no issues with any of my apps, programs or CH trainers. Oldest trainers I have used so far are Prince of Persia 08 and World In Conflict which both worked perfectly.

Since I upgraded to 11 I've noticed something strange for one the splash screen that says CheatHappens with my login is very small when it pops up and the bottom half is cutoff. Also when I start up FarCry 6 the picture that pops up and shows things that are loading I only see half the image. I also have a 4k monitor if that makes a difference. I've tried Google and found nothing.
