worked fine for a couple days now when I try to start it, it is blocked and says that it contains (Trojan:Win32/Wacatac.B!ml). I have turned off virus protection and am running it as Administrator so I don't know what changed.

Tried redownloading and still same issue, says there is a Trojan and is blocked. This is with Firewall and virus protection off.

The best way to handle this problem is to leave the virus protection on, but white list the trainer, or better exclude the folder where you might have more than one trainer.
Even when closed most anti viruses still work in the background.
