I just wanted to ask if I could ask for a trainer for Monster Hunter Stories but the game for cell phone but I was wondering if maybe the trainer could be made for BlueStacks

Probably, but we only do PC trainers here.

You could probably use CoSMOS to attach to the game process running in bluestacks and use that to scan and edit things. There are other apps around, however some only work on a rooted device and others are just APK's written to just manipulate the existing game mechanics like skipping the "buy more gems/coins to continue playing now" so I don't know if they will even work on an emulator.
