So I requested a trainer for this game. I got a message saying that my request was denied and my RC refunded to me. This game is single player and has been out for a few years so I would like to know why a trainer cant be made for this.

Did you read the posts on the trainer message board about this subject? or use the Cheat Mod that's freely available?

As Chris mentioned, you can use a mod, or the ton of console commands available online. Just search for it on Google. There is no real reason to waste resources on a game like this.
