Depends on the version, best thing is to just delete the whole thing and get a full fresh copy of the latest version.

I just downloaded version 2.0. I moved the folder of the new trainer to a different directory/folder than where the older version is. I created a shortcut to the desktop, set it to run as administrator. When it tries to populate the trainers, it just stays at populating please wait.... I made sure that the correct folder, where the old trainers are is selected correctly. What else am I missing?

Try launching TM again. If the problem persists it might be your AV blocking TM from reading all trainer infos, slowing it down while analyzing if its a dangerous program.

If you double checked your AV, backup settings and layout file in TM directory. Then delete both and start TM again. Then add your trainer folders again.

Yes, on my old 💻 it can take around five minutes (stopwatch 05:18.11) to load my 666 CH trainers located in a AV excluded folder...sometime patience is needed 😉

What's up with the Training Manager? Or is it just me? I have 3 trainers in the folder and it's stuck on populating trainers. I've whitelisted the folder, and I've re-downloaded it 5 times today. Still can't get the populating trainers to stop loading. My steam games don't show up when I hit the icon either.

Steam games is a known bug. Make a backup of the Trainers.json and Layout.xml files in TM directory, then delete them and then start TM again.

That's in the readme notes. I've done that already. Still doing the same thing.

*Update* After messing with it several more times I ended up having to take the trainers out of their subfolders. Never had to before, so I'm not sure what happened. Thanks for the response
