Feedback, Complaints or Problems

Hello, I'm new here.

How long does it usually take for the change to occur? I recently purchased a custom avatar and custom header with my RC. I made sure to reply to each e-mail with the appropriate images I wanted for each, but have yet to see the change.

I'm not expecting it to be instant or a priority. I'm just not sure how many days we're supposed to wait for the change to take effect in general. And if enough days pass by, should I be sending another reply to each e-mail or is there someone on here I should contact instead?

When I saw the title, I thought it was just about upgrading accounts to premium. I didn't realize the thread covered custom features/upgrades as well. My bad! Will give it more time.

Certain custom things need a day or 2. Like if an image has to be resized or there is no preset to auto change for example . Also depends on how busy Nevermore is since he does all the site's work. You can send him a message here Link to give him a quick reminder.

Thank you, I got the e-mail from you. I also sent you a bigger/better version of the avatar picture so you have more room to fit him (the moon head guy) in. Hope that helps!
