Right now it might be tough because a lot of people are jumping onto this game. I was lucky and downloaded the game 2 days prior to the release date.

There's a strong chance it will be rejected since there is a microtransaction aspect to it. It depends how far you want to define what helps with grinding out aspects of the game that bypass that mechanic.
