I just installed two updates yesterday on Windows 10 x64:

After installing and restarting my computer, trainers no longer update. I get the Windows UAC prompt, hit ok/yes and then nothing happens, no errors, no process in task manager, etc.

Not using any antivirus/firewall/etc. software outside of built-in windows 10, and that has never been an issue like this before.

Any ideas?

try uninstalling the updates and see if they start working again.

instead of moving backward, I moved forward. I saw there was a new build 2004 available so I just finished that install and now things seem to be working again.

Not sure if maybe the update just installed wrong or what, but everything is fine now.

I installed the two updates you mentioned on my Windows 10 machine and the trainers continued to function normally so something must have gotten corrupted, possibly your .NET, when it updated on your system. Regardless, glad to hear that you got it resolved.

i have 2004 i cant open the trainer...

yes, still the problem.

The most recent update of Windows disables the ability to turn off Defender and if your using a 3rd party anti-virus it will run along side of it if it does not have the ability to bypass it. Make sure all your exclusions for trainers are the same for your A/V and Defender. And the usual stuff below. Also try the repair of both .NET cores and framework (or re-install) as the update has been known to corrupt them.

Delete trainer and all files in

C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Local\Temp
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens\Work
C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\AppData\Roaming\Cheat Happens\0x90

Reboot PC to clear excess memory, get a fresh copy of latest trainer and
make sure trainer is in a folder excluded from virus scans. Empty quarantine folder if needed.

C:\Users\USERNAMEHERE\Cheathappens

may need to be added to exclusions as well. Run trainer as admin, read the instructions and try again.

Have both latest .NET CORE Link (Both of the Net-Core MUST be installed x86 and x64) and FRAMEWORK Link from Microsoft.

At times, a new game may be needed to resolve failed options if the data in your save file was altered. Use on a new game, quit to main menu and load your save and try it again.
