Feedback, Complaints or Problems

I just wanted to say that I am extremely proud of the CH site and team. Not only do you provide quick results for new releases, but are very grounded in the mission of what you provide. Not supporting cheating in multiplayer games shows accountability.The matter-of-fact explanations of why certain things cannot be accomplished leaves a refreshing clarity of team leaders. Sometimes, a person may walk away slightly offended by the truth, but it doesn't change the fact that this team knows what they're doing, and what they cannot do, and leaves all cards on the table.

The changes I have seen over the few years that i have been here have always been with the intent to improve the customer/end-user experience. Many different services have that end goal, but I must say that CH seems to deliver quite efficiently.

So as a point of feedback, I just wanted to take a second to thank the team of CH for a fantastic service.
