Does Lifetime Sub stay forever?

I see Yearly subscription for $49.95. But there is lifetime membership. Is there an expiry date for lifetime subscription or not? I don't want to purchase $99.95 just to download 1 trainer. 🙁
But if Lifetime stays forever meaning I can download any trainers I want with the same account. I'm willing to pay the $99.95. 😊
