At the bottom of the support page under the question "My issue is not listed" it says:
Solution 1:
Submit a SUPPORT TICKET below with your username and your login email.

There is no place to actually do this "below". Where do I create a support ticket?

You can also click the small LiveChat icon in the lower right of your screen. If you're not seeing it either then you have either turned off LiveChat in your user settings or you have some script blocker in place.

According to my dashboard, live chat is enabled. I don't see an type of chat icon in the lower right corner of any page. Perhaps I unknowingly have a script blocker but I don't know what this. Where would I determine if I have a script blocker?

Probably in your browser addons and extensions. You can also try different browsers. Your security software settings might also be blocking the script.
