I'm trying to get my offline key to work but I have forgotten the answer to my security question. Can I get it reset please?

You can reset your security question manually. Go to your Profile settings found here:
www.cheathappens.com/user_edit.asp
Once you are in the Profile settings, go to Account Settings and you can find the Reset Security Question/Answer option below.
