Feedback, Complaints or Problems

Hi, I tried using the trainer manager and it asked me to login. I typed in my credentials and it asked me to verify that I am not a robot. After completing the image puzzles, I got an error that read "The resource you are looking for has been removed, had it's name changed, or is temporarily unavailable. "

I tried disabling my AV, uninstalled Kaspersky, disabled firewalls, removed all cookies and temp data from my browsers and system, tried multiple browsers - Edge, new Edge, Chrome, Opera, Firefox, but same error on all browsers.

I tried searching the forum before posting this and saw a similar issue thread but the solution of flushing my DNS and clearing browser cache didn't work. I even was not able to access the page via Google search. So I tried on my mobile data and voila I am able to login. Seems like my IP was blocked. Can you help fix this ?

Let me know what additional information would you need from me to resolve this issue. I am a lifetime member.

Try resetting trainer manager

Also whitelist the site in any browser/security software you have.

Tried the above steps. Added cheathappens in whitelist of my a while ago and it is still there. I deleted the entry and re-added it just to be thorough. But still the issue exists.

I connected my laptop via hotspot and was able to open the website. Its just that I am unable to login using my internet/broadband. Is it possible that my IP or ISP has been blocked ? I wonder how my mobile data is able to access the site and the trainer manager.

That is something I can't check on this end, Pwizard would have to, but if your account is active there would be no reason for a block. It could also could be a Cloudflare issue, or even your own ISP blocking access to the site. Message Pwizard to check on this end and call your own ISP to see if they are the ones blocking.

I gave Pwizard a quick PM to have a look-see.

I just checked with my ISP too. They aren't blocking the portal. Must be the Cloudflare thing. Ill wait for PWizard to reply on this.

PM me the external IPv4 address that is being blocked and I will check it.

Somehow it started working. Not sure if you did something from your end or resetting my modem did something. It is working now. You can close this thread now please. Thanks again for the quick response from both of you.
