I can't use my trainer. It said it was offline and use a offline key.
But actually I'm not offline and I can visit the website.
I tried to generate a offline key but I failed to download with error code 503.
I really don't know how to start my trainer

Go here, read the Offline Trainer Authentication box, download the request tool. Use the request tool, then create your offline key.
