    I bought a monthly membership, but I would like to cancel, but I do not know where it can be.
    I paid by credit card.

    You can use the Support page, and follow the instructions there. Link
    Look for the "I would like to cancel my recurring subscription (Monthly or Lifetime PLUS)." option.

    You will have to send an email to the team and they will help you.
