What a carry on we are having as Trainer users, first we had Anti virus software all of them MaCafee, Norton etc, then we get Google started to do the same, then Windows defender, for me I will kill off Google as my search engine, any way whats with all these people blocking False Positives, a real pain in the but, also what about members who are not computer savvy what a crazy world we are living in.

That is something you would have to ask the companies doing it. Your best bet would be to submit reports of them being false positives.

One man or one woman against these GIANTS we have no chance, I believe when CHU had this problem with Microsoft CHU was very fortunate (Thank Heavens) to persuade Microsoft to stop blocking CHU's Trainers, I think i am correct if not I will soon be told LOL.

Our trainers using the recent trainer template are digitally signed. That means that a trusted authority guarantees that the file comes from us. In order to achieve this we had to spend a lot of time and money but hopefully this will reduce the false positive reports we've received over time. In fact that without a digital signature a file could be tampered or created by anyone which means the AV's have to threat it more strictly.

But in the end while we are doing our best it's up to each company and their algorithms. They don't tell us why if it happens, it just happens. Thus I haven't seen any complaint about a trainer using the new template which it's a good thing and I hope that it stays like that.
