You can summon Shenron. You have to go to the spot where you can look at all the capsules you have. Press X and say yes that you want to summon him. Then Shenron will give you a list of three characters. Pick one and you will get breakthrough for that character. Its a capsule that lets you use all of his physical and energy capsules and makes them stronger. its annoying though because you have to collect all the dragon balls again to summon Shenron again.
