I have two ideas that I think would really benefit this site and help increase growth.

One is the ability to buy gift memberships. So say I have a friend who would love to get on the site but can't afford it. I could pre-purchase membership time, say lifetime or a yearly and send that to my friend to redeem.

Another idea is referrals. Allow people to refer their friends and when they sign up for a membership give RC based on the level of the membership.

Those are just 2 ideas I really see could help this site be better.

I apologize for not responding to this earlier.

For referrals, I have answered that here: Link

For the gift memberships, this is something we used to offer. I think we offered it for 3 years and during that time period we probably sold a total of 3 gift memberships. It didn't even cover the programming costs of making it all work. That's why it was dropped when we moved to this latest version of the site. While I don't mind giving it another try, it's not something that will be high on our priority list as I honestly don't think that it would work much better now than it did then, but I appreciate the sentiment and please continue to share your ideas on how we can make CH better, especially since we are working on the next version of the site.
