I have a question:
Could the Switch Chair be put on a bed, with a large backpart (what is the word? The back is made of wood, and is very tall, while the foot of the bed is also made of wood and is much shorter).
Can you try it out in a bed?
I am handicapped, and my mattress has developed a huge dip where my hips/torso lays all the time.
I am asking because I use 3 pillows top prop myself up, but this hurts my neck.
I have tried those things that look similar to that, but only have the back and a little bottom, for like reading in bed, and they hurt even worse.
But that thing looks like it could actually be comfortable in a bed all layed out. Even though it is about a foot short for me, being 6 foot 2 inches. But, I could probably put a pillow at the end while using it, or maybe even falling asleep in it?
Also, could you actually fall asleep in it and be fine in the morning? I do have a nechbrace that I have to wear sometimes while in bed, but sometimes I dont have to if I find a comfy position, or my nechk isnt hurting too badly.
And, how 'stiff' would you describe it? I know its not like memory foam or anything like that, but if you sat down on it like if it was on a chair or something, would you say its like a very firm couch? Or firm couch? Or a softer couch that you kind of sink in just an inch or 2 then it stops you?
Do you kind of slide down it after a while, or does it pretty much prop you up where you dont have to use your legs to keep you in the upright position?
And, do you know if they make longer versions of that, for taller people?
When unfolded all the way, does your butt ever get like trapped inbetween the little foldout area? You know where it unfolds, it looks like someone tall like me might have that issue of kind of falling into that gap, if you get what I mean.
