Feedback, Complaints or Problems

I get the following message when trying to run the trainer:

Could not install the file - Installtion failed

I've tried just about everything:

Tried putting it in a folder and adding the folder to the AV exception list

Tried reinstalling .NET Framework 4.0 and 4.5

Tried running a system scan, no integrity violation problems detected

I'm using Bitdefender Total Security 2018,
and uninstalling it not an option since I've paid for the antivirus.

Move the downloaded zip file into a previously excluded folder and fully extract it in there. If you use just 1 folder for all our trainers, great. This folder needs to be excluded.

For the the GTA V trainer (and all our current trainer marked as Trainer Manager Compatible) you also need an exclusion for the Work folder here -> C:\Users\YourWindowsUserName\Cheathappens\

You then need to completely disable the Advanced Threat Defense module prior to start and while you run our trainers.

Sidenote: Uninstalling doesn't mean that you loose your license key as it is bound to your Bitdefender account.
