Earlier this week I had trouble trying to log into my account. Fortunatly after a very short waiting period, a member of the CHstaff reseted/changed my password so I could log in again. Naturally, I changed my password but when I tried to log in again I couldnt gain access. When I let CH send myself an email containing my password, I found out that every charakter after the 15th charakter was cut off.
So maybe it would be a good idea to mention the limitations of your password and forbidden special charakters on the registration form, aswell as the password change option menu.
