Well the Admin has already closed my topic, but i wanted to add some information that could be useful for bitdefender users. If you have issues with blocking you should try to deactivate the "Advanced Threat Defense".

So guys i wanted to add something. I had problems to install coSMOS while using Bitdefender Internet Security 2018, especially with the file chdbg32.exe which was added to the quarantine. So i decided to contact the Bitdefender support. They told me that it is truely a false positiv action of bitdefender and they will fix this problem for the future.

The newly added option 'Advanced Threat Defense' in Bitdefender 2018 products seems to be completely garbage. Even when whitelisting an application the program might get blocked anyways until one disables this option.
