hey all, not quite sure where to post this, but this quest has been bugged for a lot of people. It is called Know your enemy and you are required to scan/interact pick up 3 Kett Bio Samples, however I am completely unable to do this.

Is there anyone that knows a fix or workaround for this?

Is this something only the Mass Effect Team can fix or are their any fixes out and about. I spent a ton of time googling it and i couldn't find any recent posts and i have not seen this addressed either in their patch notes. So i am hoping someone has a workaround
