    If you are running Windows 10, there is an option under the compatibility tab (right click program > properties) to override the high DPI scaling behavior and various options. You can experiment with that.

    This is the best we could come up with. Multiple people asked for the TM to scale and so we enabled it. You can disable scaling for an individual app through the exe properties page if you don't want the TM to scale up.
