Any chance of resetting my Security Question I've totally forgotten and wanted to use off line keys while I travel.

Seems to be a lot of this going around. Starting to get suspicious that maybe someone is stealing these accounts. I mean, you don't remember the name of your favorite pet? or the city you were born? I find it very odd. From now forward I'm going to require a copy of the paid receipt before I reset these questions. You can email it to me at chris@cheathappens.com.

I set up my account while I was still at uni. That's well over a decade ago. So yeah I don't remember my security question. I was made to have a security challenge question not knowing I would have to use it to get an off line key or to change my password that I would love to do as its old and frankly woeful!! Things were not like that when I was using this service regularly. As for providing proof well that is not going to happen as I don't have any emails from way back then.

Let me know what alternative I have

I went ahead and reset it, it's just odd that 20 people in the last 3 days have asked to have their security question reset. We will be monitoring these accounts closely. Not trying to imply anything, just stating that it's peculiar.
