I am back in Roseborough. I cannot find the wheel which requires the password. Anyone know where it is?

Remember the directions on the stone in front of the roseborough inn?if you plot them out,they'll send you east and then southeast.since one of the words on the sarcophagus was 'opposite',head west and just walk along the coast.you'll find it eventually.
