I get an error-warning before i can unzip! after unzip another error-warning, and when i try to start the trainer...again an error! i tried to shut down all antivirus etc...but dont work and i thought that better when im deleted, cause no trainer works from this side

Yes...

There is some security software on your computer that is interfering with your trainer download. You need to find and disable or uninstall that security software\firewall\antivirus.
