Seriously why all the ****** hate, he does it as a hobby.
He has been doing trainers for years, and is a good guy.
No one really hate ****** it's just frustrating that articles are made on an amateur "once in a month trainer maker" just because it's free that's all.
Why is he an amateur though?
He has been around longer than CH itself, so I would say the amateur comment is a bit harsh.
Why did PC Gamer do an article on him? No idea, they aren't a great mag anyways online or offline, so nothing really gained so to speak.
Once upon a time even Caliber did trainers for a hobby, and did C&C trainers every now and again, just like the original CH trainer maker [Sheep] who would also release trainers for fun with various groups like Pizzadox etc.
Commercialization of trainers doesn't mean you become a professional at it or you become better than the people doing it for fun, after all its a paid job for Caliber and 0x90 here so it is to be expected that numbers are churned out.
I would say the commercialization though has stunted talent to be born and shine, because people view trainer making as a new source of revenue and with people being new they learn to do Pointers instead of proper code injection/shifting. But then again CE makes it easier for them to make trainers with little experience or knowledge, like most things in life .... people can get items or apps to make things easier to do, sort of make it casually easier.
I dont think it's harsh and wasnt trying to offend anyone's work but I'm just pointing out facts.
Amateur means he's not doing it as a profession and he lacks the experience that professional trainer makers have.
And it doesnt matter that he's being doing trainers longer then CH
I think that in one year CH released more trainers then ****** released in his lifetime.
Also not to mention the complexity of the trainers and the brutal antiCoSMOS's which are getting more sophisticated each day that the guys over CH deal with.
Pcgamer is not a great mag.. maybe but their article made it to steam and that's even more farsturating.
