Seriously why all the ****** hate, he does it as a hobby.
He has been doing trainers for years, and is a good guy.

No one really hate ****** it's just frustrating that articles are made on an amateur "once in a month trainer maker" just because it's free that's all.

Why is he an amateur though?
He has been around longer than CH itself, so I would say the amateur comment is a bit harsh.
Why did PC Gamer do an article on him? No idea, they aren't a great mag anyways online or offline, so nothing really gained so to speak.
Once upon a time even Caliber did trainers for a hobby, and did C&C trainers every now and again, just like the original CH trainer maker [Sheep] who would also release trainers for fun with various groups like Pizzadox etc.
Commercialization of trainers doesn't mean you become a professional at it or you become better than the people doing it for fun, after all its a paid job for Caliber and 0x90 here so it is to be expected that numbers are churned out.
I would say the commercialization though has stunted talent to be born and shine, because people view trainer making as a new source of revenue and with people being new they learn to do Pointers instead of proper code injection/shifting. But then again CE makes it easier for them to make trainers with little experience or knowledge, like most things in life .... people can get items or apps to make things easier to do, sort of make it casually easier.

for the sake of not perpetuating another trainer maker war, I will refrain from going into this further other than to say there are some big differences in some people's trainers at times, and their ability to handle the crush of it all. At times, some people's trainers regularly have some serious problems in their methodology, or their use of pointer chains, and etc.
the comment about being around longer than CH is doubtful, but maybe so..
but back to the topic, I'd be lying if I said it doesnt chap my a$$ a bit that somehow that 4 option trainer (at the time) which was out much later than our fully featured trainer from a TRAINER BLOG site was featured by a premiere gaming magazine as well as IGN website. There must be some sort of connection. PCGamer and IGN know damn well who we are, as we have been in various articles and etc. It's highly likely that they have trainer accounts themselves.
Anyways, kudos to anyone who gets some extra media attention or advertising.
Also, I think it should be noted that Ling0n clearly has "donation" links all over the place, so don't kid yourself that all of this is being done "for free". This "donation" is a get out of jail card, because it gets some money each month without the pressure of a subscription user, who is much more angry when the trainer has "problems"... same thing for "other trainer makers" who do this for free. Notice that some of them wont even post their trainers on certain locations, because they don't want people going THERE instead of coming to THEIR site, which drives up the click bait and also some donations, etc...
with that said, I also see that "some trainer makers" continue to copy us, such as the new feature to disable the hotkeys on their trainer (like ours already does).
to put Ling0n on the level with people like Sheep is tragic... but that's just me.
best,
Cal
