wondering why there was no info about this until now:

to add talents you can use the addtalent console command - it is unlocked (or added?) by iemod ( www.nexusmods.com/pillarsofeternity/mods/1/? or rien-ici.com/iemod/ ), i did not test if it's also unlocked by the "iroll20s" command

usage is simple - select the character and type

addtalent [talentname]

if it was succesful you'll see a message "[char] was granted [talent]" in the battle log
