RE5DX9 is running, still get "Trainer cannot find game"

Tried the regular version of the trainer, it says trainer activated, then game crashes.

downloaded latest trainer
ran trainer with admin priviledges
downloaded game from steam
ran game
it runs re5dx9.exe (32 bit)
trainer ONLY works for that
press F1 at main menu
says 'activated'
tested multiple options all of which are working
STEAM reports clearly that their version is the GOLD EDITION version

uhm i know this may be a hassle but is it possible for an invincible option on this trainer please?

like enemies can't grab you or hit you with their attacks

i hit f1 but it says trainer can not find game

must be running DX9 game exe

I only have re5dx9.exe, there isn't any other exe inside the folder, so it has to use that to start the game. But I still get trainer can not find game, i also tried without admin and with admin, it doesn't work for both.
