sorry took a bit, since i always have to switch from upc.nl to online.nl since i cant login with upc.nl

Same here. I'm only able to acces via my phone. Via Internet (Telfort NL) I get this error:

I also started getting this error code 20 two days ago. Right now im using my phone and that works fine.
