This title does not have a trainer ID for the manager, it needs to be downloaded manually. You can change the art of it in the TM list though. Right click it and show trainer info then you can change it.

can you make this trainer combatable with the trainer manager please it doesn't show up in the manager after downloading it

Check 3rd party trainers in the settings menu, it might show after that but will not have artwork.
