I can't say that I actually replay them all. I usually play the hell out of them then put them away. Except for UT that is. But more like the games I would most recommend to friends and that are fondly remembered.

1. The Last of Us (yep... I'm a freakin' fanboy!) 2. Dragon Age: Origins (own, but have yet to delve into Inquisition) 3. Mass Effect (all of them) 4. The Witcher (both) 5. Alpha Centauri (own the revamp/reboot, but alas again, I've yet to play it)
Sadly, I was taking a look at my Steam play logs for some guidance here and realized that aside from Skyrim most of the hours logged there... are my seven year old son's... his favorite is clearly LEGO MARVEL Super Heroes. Since Steam's calculations are only based on the fact that the game is running... and my son used to think that turning a game off meant he lost everything... he logged a whopping 343 hours. I sadly logged 378 hours in Skyrim... and know full well that I can save a game and shut it off...
EDIT: I'd also throw in that pretty much every title listed in all of yours that I did not get to... would certainly make my honorable mention list as well.
