IF they gonna follow up the xbox360, and ps4 way to play sp you can do it without having a internett conection. u only need internett if you want new stuff like buying in-game money etc and of play mp. otherwise you dont need to connect to rockstar.
for money cheat i guess u dont need any trainer, you can just edit the profile settings in game folders after saving the game for first time. same for stats like flightskill, shooting skills etc.
that worked on xbox and ps4 at least
I dont see them doing it without connection to the social club first.
GTA4's trainer had 4 options. Unl Health, Unl ammo, reset wanted status, add $$$. If they can pull off just this much, hey im straight. Anything else is just whip cream and cherry's. CH is awesome and hasn't failed when it was even slightly possible. Be more concerned with R*'s inability to release in a timely manner than CH not being able to hook us up.
If anything, I want Dumb Cops, and No recoil, no reloading.. and to be able to spawn any vehicle on demand...
