Latest Steam Trainer not working 4 me

Regarding the Trainer, Super Health, Super Ammo, No Reload...
whenever I play the game either by pressing F1 at menu or after starting single player campaign after a couple of minutes the game crashes!
this happens every time and even if I do not use any trainer options.
is there a solution to this as both trainer and game are allowed by AV/Firewall and are both being run as admin. 🤔
Please can someone assist?
