cant get this trainer to work. Pressing F1 at the menu im not hearing activated. Please fix!!!!!!

no activation at main menu (i.e. no sound)means the trainer doesn't have admin priviledges or is blocked.

Does anyone else have the issue of the trainer not even starting?

All other trainers I use work, even the non-"Definitive Edition" version of this game's trainer.
I use up-to-date Windows 10 x64.
