So while experimenting with different ways to cheat the game with the trainer. I found that with the trainer's second option (infinite grenades) which by the way is infinite throw-ables. So in that case I got a flare from the armory. (1 flare = 400RP ish) and instantly got thrown to 999 (or something thanks to the trainer) Sell it back and you get massive loads of RP. So, more paratroopers or if you want, tanks. Either way I wasn't sure If I had to post this in the cheats section, So I threw it here.

Short Version:
1. Activate Option 2 (trainer wise)
2. Buy a flare from the armory
3. Sell the flares back
4. Mucho RP.

Thanks for the info. It works like a charm.

Doesn't seem to work anymore. I can see that i'm getting 99 C4 (as I cant buy flares yet) and when I sell it back i'm only getting 20 RP back, the same as it costs for 1.

seems to work fine, 1st buy item walk around till it changes to 99, then go to armory open menu and put the 99 in the backpack then sell. then repeat for desired rp you want
