When first opened trainer, it crashed, looked on message board and saw proposed fix of uninstalling IE10, did that but still crashing, running Win 7, please find below problem signature :

Is it me or is it showing the 11 version on that error. If so it looks like ya have updated to IE11 which you will need to follow the steps you have done before.
