So, $100 for a "EARLY ACCESS GAME" that isn't even finished? Are the game devs serious? I think now is the time to put my sitck-man space sim game up on Steam for $79.95 as apparently people will buy pretty much anything, whether it actually exists or not.
The $100 is not a bad price considering that this edition includes all future dlc and expansion packs. As Gal Civ II had three expansion packs for ~$30/ea it might save ~$50 of so in the long run than a la carte at full retail if they do likewise.
Stardock is a fairly respectable company that does not need early access money to finish the game so it is not the riskiest Early Access investment out there on Steam. In addition, it has a track record of usually making great games (or will do their best to fix their mistakes like Elemental).
Even so, I only pulled the trigger for the $60 steam game on release (no beta or free dlc) so take my opinion with a grain of salt.

$100 for a game that is 10% finished? Man what a bargain. And to think I have been paying $59 for games that were 100% completed all these years. What an idiot I am.
