Dark Souls is a Single player game with multiplayer options, while Dayz is Multiplayer focused game only.

Just like what Demon has pointed out.

Dark Souls has the option for you to go into Multi-player by invading others or having them invade you! In which you should not use the trainer in those instances.

But with DayZ it is only Multi-player there is no single player option to it. There is a mod out there. But it is not part of the game and is user made content. So no trainer will be made for the game.

Also if you are using trainers in Multi-player elements. Then I advise you to stop. As we/CHT do not make trainers for Multi-player use or condone it in any way!
