If the values for AP is anything like how it is on FF8 do this

Scan Type - Exact Value
Value Type - All

-

Now, get into a battle and beat it, when the battle results shows up search that AP Value in CE

Get into another battle and do the same thing. Do this until only a few addresses remain and then edit the value to your liking.

I just now tested this and it does work.
