Game Crashing

Hey guys,
My Game crashes about 5 seconds after I activate a cheat from the trainer EVERYTIME I have no idea how to fix it and I haven't been able to use the trainer at all, I've used different trainers and Ive tried downloading different versions of the game still no cigar.

Yes I run the trainer as an admin
