After recruiting the agents, I will first level them up to rank 7 or 8, then add some skills. Problem is sometime (roughly 50% occurrance) when I press F4 to add lot of points, but the skill cannot be upgraded or added. There is nothing happen when I click the skill button.

My solution is to save game, quit game to desktop, quit trainer, and then restart everything. After loading the saved game, Press F6 to activate the function, then everything works fine. But after turns, the issue may happen again.

I am curious if this issue happened on other guys, and looking forward to any advice and help!

PS. It is not new issue with trainer of today (10/13 version), actually it is existing before.

I find the best thing to do with agents is to give them full XP and then set them to "gather intelligence" (or whatever) for a turn. That will level them up to level 2, at which point you get one skill point to assign.

Then use the "add level" command to get them to level 9 and use the "infinite skill point" command. You should be able to add skills to your heart's content.

Note: I have found that some of the skills that agents (and generals, sometimes) start with cannot be levelled up using the trainer "infinite skillpoints" option. It seems to be random, but the above method avoids it most of the time.

Note 2: leave 1 skill unfilled, so that when you go from level 9 to level 10 (easy if you use the XP command) you have some place to put the last skillpoint.

There are 2 work a rounds that I have noticed.

    Option A
do not give generals or agents levels at first just use the xp option to fill up lv 1.

Perform any action and they will reach level 2. then if you do f2 all the way to lv 9, and f4 for the points you can max out everything. same for generals just do a battle win or lose you will get lv 2

    Option B
Is if you create your agents and generals etc and get each one to lv 9 via f2 and f4 for the points.

Then save your game and just load the game you just saved and you can max each thing out.

    I hope that makes sense
