Win 7 64bit here, same problem... It would appear the problem is not win 8 related... Any other guess?
Edit: Woooah I just read around the forum a bit and realized that:
1) i just resuscitated a long dead post 2) the problem is also IE10 related and not just limited to W8
so i'd like to change my question to: Is there any hope to see this trainer somehow revamped or should i just move on??

uninstall IE10+11

Is it safe / possible to do so (removing IE) without having "stability" issues later on?
I do not use it anyway but i'm wondering if it's still a "vital" part of the main OS... I'd like to avoid finding myself in need or a "format c:" just to train up an old game i paid 90cents for
